  • Built call center software using Asterisk PBX and a custom node-based IVR editor, replacing 3 legacy systems and cutting IVR development time by 500%.
  • Integrated Mongolia’s ХУР System and AWS Face Validation into a customer verification pipeline, preventing fraud and handling 100,000+ monthly verifications, reducing fraud reports from triple digits to single digits.
